At InnerBuddies, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
